Can my business be too new to get benefit from this program?

The Sales Coaching Program has been designed to help people sell their products & services B2B. To join, you must have a product or service to sell - we aren't going to help you come up with a business idea from scratch.

Otherwise, as long as you're willing to learn, willing to fail, and willing to set time aside to implement the recommendations we come up with together, then no one's too new.

Is this a fully remote program?

Yes. Coaching calls will be held on Zoom, and a members-only Slack workspace is where you can connect with your peers and coach in-between.

How long with I have access to the community?

You will have access to the coaching calls and the community for as long as you're a member in the program.

What if I'm based outside of Canada?

No matter where you are, you're welcome in the program, however the majority of sessions will take place in North American time zones. As the program grows, more coaches will be added across North America. Each accountability call will be recorded and members will have access to past sessions, as well as to the Slack community 24/7.

What's the time commitment?

Bi-weekly coaching calls will each be 90 minutes in length, and then the time you spend implementing the strategies you learn will be up to you! This program has been designed to make as much impact as possible in the time allotted for the calls - so it doesn't get in the way of your other responsibilities.

Is there a refund policy?

Absolutely. If you don't feel the program is the right fit for you in the first 30 days, we'll refund your investment no questions asked.

How much access can I expect to my coach?

You'll get hands-on support and help in the bi-weekly calls so bring your challenges big and small! Outside of that time, the Slack channel is available 24/7 to connect with your peers. It is a space moderated by EMPOWERED and so your coach will be able to respond to requests for feedback there as well.
